Even the man in the tree needs to hibernate every now and then 😅 I have been on a ‘skin-of-my-teeth’ tiredness too this week, the one I thought I could hear in your voice too. (We will not hold it against you if you skip a week 😉).

Listening while I was finally arsed to start up my new coffee machine 😆 Orchard stories and the best coffee ever, that’s a good deal tho 🫠

I also loved the pictures, I had my own version for a while of the ‘give me the strength to change the things I can and the courage to accept the things I can’t’ line, loved to see that one!

Thanks Eva 😁

New coffee machine - that sounds awesome!

Every week lately I think "this is the week I can't bring a post together" and every week (so far) I've managed something. Let's see what happens this week! 😂 (There's nothing drafted as yet)

Listened while walking the fluff (who is molting) this morning which was a very nice way to listen. Love a storyteller as a story within a story. Distinctively Jez, I could of read this and guessed you wrote it and I like that! And there being land somewhere didn't remind me of anything 😉

Great Jez. I love your process and can relate. I am drawn to both elements of this particular piece, fascinated by the story within the story. The Orchard fascinates me because my grandpa's surname was Orchard and he was a carpenter. I have long thought of incorporating those elements into a story. This is great. And yes, the bone man has real intrigue. Blessings to you.
